Music drew me into a group of wonderful friends here in Portland... well, Irish music specifically... and through them I met an up-and-coming author who loves music and who decided Conflikt sounds like a lot of fun, so she's coming too in 2020! And she'll be a vendor! Yay! I was so happy to see everyone again at Conflikt, loved it, even if my reason for being back in the Pacific NW is a little "ose," it's life and doing something positive about it is just how we roll in SF.

And... omg, what's her genre, actually: Dark Occult Fantasy Alternate History Romance Police/Detective Action Thriller? With cats and chocolate, of course. Set in Portland and environs. Kind of thing I normally would not admit to reading, but hers is... dammit, I'm already on Book Three and I started two days ago!
